One objective: to take over the brands BRETILLE Piston and FRANCE Piston, created in the 1950s. APROTEC France acquired a wealth of industrial and commercial experience spanning just over half a century in the production and distribution of technical parts. <\/p>\n
Our main activity is the custom manufacture<\/strong> of pistons<\/strong>, liners<\/strong>, rings<\/strong> and bearings<\/strong> for 2 and 4-stroke diesel, gasoline and compressor engines.<\/p>\n Very quickly, we had to resize and specialize our production units in order to meet our customers’ expectations. In Grenoble, we created a unit dedicated to the manufacture of prototypes<\/strong> and single parts<\/strong>. At the same time, we transferred our main production activities – aluminum casting<\/strong> and machining<\/strong> of small series from 10 to 250 parts – to our first partner in Europe. At the same time, all production destined for the aftermarket and industry has been entrusted to a second partner. <\/p>\n These two alliances have gone from strength to strength ever since. Very quickly, we had to surround ourselves with a number of subcontractors in order to meet the multiple demands of our customers, often in highly specialized fields requiring specific skills and know-how, such as the manufacture of valves, gaskets, camshafts, or surface treatment. <\/p>\n There’s always a solution to the unanswerable “Since 1960, BRETILLE Piston has been making the heart of your car and motorcycle engines beat faster.
